Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearin

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are a type of thrust rolling bearing that uses cylindrical rollers as rolling elements. They consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer, and a thrust cylindrical roller and cage assembly, with the roller and cage assembly serving as the core component. These bearings are designed to withstand unidirectional heavy axial loads and vibration loads and do not have self-aligning capability. They are often combined to form high-rigidity bearing configurations. Common models include the 811 series, 812 series, 81115, and 81215.

    Product Introduction

The cylindrical rollers are crowned to optimize raceway contact pressure distribution, enhancing axial load capacity and rigidity. These bearings are suitable for low-speed machinery requiring unidirectional axial load support, such as crane hooks, vertical water pumps, jacks, oil drilling rigs, and iron and steel manufacturing equipment. The shaft washer, housing washer, and rolling elements can be installed separately.

    Cages

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings may use:

    · Molded glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 cages (designated as: TVPB, TVPB1).

    · Machined lightweight metal cages (designated as LPB).

    · Machined brass cages (designated as MB, MPB).

These bearings can withstand very high unidirectional axial loads but cannot carry radial loads. They do not have self-aligning capability.

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings can be disassembled into:

    · Thrust cylindrical roller and cage assembly

    · Shaft washer

    · Housing washer

The 811 series and 812 series thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of a thrust cylindrical roller and cage assembly, a shaft washer, and a housing washer. The most critical component is the thrust cylindrical roller and cage assembly."
